What is included
The Pro plan includes 250 address verifications per billing cycle. The Address verification page shows how many you have used, how many are left, and when the cycle ends.
Past the included verifications
By default, verification stops when the 250 are used and starts again with the next cycle. Orders placed in between are not verified.
To keep going, turn on Keep verifying after the included verifications are used. Each extra verification costs $0.03 and is billed by Shopify with your app subscription. Extra verifications appear on your Shopify invoice as Verified addresses. On some subscriptions, the included verifications are listed there too, at no charge.
The monthly spend limit
With extra verifications on, set a Monthly spend limit. Verification stops when the extra verifications reach this amount and starts again with the next cycle, or as soon as you raise the limit. The limit is yours to change at any time.
Warnings
With extra verifications off, the app emails you when you have used 80 percent of the included verifications and when they are used up. With extra verifications on and a spend limit set, it emails you at 80 percent and 100 percent of the limit instead. Each email is sent once per cycle. The same warnings show on the Address verification page.
What uses a verification
One address checked uses one verification, whatever the outcome, including a country where only Shopify's own check runs. A test from Test an address uses one too. An order to a country you left out, or to a country no service covers, uses none.
Where to see it
The Address verification page shows the usage card and a dashboard of the orders flagged in the last 30 days, with the result, the address the customer entered, what Shopify's own check said, and what the customer chose.
