The Growth Plan ($19.99 per month) is a legacy plan for Magical Fees. It is no longer available to new subscribers.
If you're already on the Growth Plan: You are grandfathered. You can continue using it at your current rate. Nothing changes for you.
What the Growth Plan includes: It is functionally equivalent to the current Plus plan. You get all the same features:
- Checkout UI Extension for Shopify Plus
- Order total fees (after discounts, tax, shipping)
- PayPal and Shop Pay payment-method fees
- Customer tag fees
- Location-based fees applied automatically at checkout
- Cart-level block fees
- 60-day Audit Log (searchable fee history, CSV export)
No yearly billing: The Growth Plan is monthly only. The new Plus plan offers yearly billing with ~20% savings.
If you cancel: If you cancel your Growth Plan subscription, you cannot re-subscribe to it. You would need to choose the new Starter or Plus plan when you come back.

Always label deposits separately for compliance
Display bottle deposit fees as a clearly labeled, separate line item at checkout and on receipts. This meets regulatory transparency requirements, builds customer trust by showing exactly what they're paying, and makes it significantly easier to track deposits for reporting and audits. Use a clear label like "Bottle deposit" or "Container deposit (CRV)" so customers immediately understand the charge.
