Yes, Magical Product Fees works with Shopify Markets.
If fees aren’t showing for certain markets, open each fee product in your Shopify admin and make sure it’s available in the markets you’re selling to.
As long as the fees are added to the required markets they will be applied.

Display bottle deposit fees as a clearly labeled, separate line item at checkout and on receipts. This meets regulatory transparency requirements, builds customer trust by showing exactly what they're paying, and makes it significantly easier to track deposits for reporting and audits.
