Why Is the Regular Add to Cart Button Still Showing on Preorder Products with Magical Preorder?

There are two versions of our app:

  • Magical Preorder (the current version) -Fortescue Preorder Pro + Back in Stock (the previous version)

If you're usingMagical Preorder but still see the regularAdd to Cart button, it likely means the embed block from the old app is still active. ​

To fix this:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go toOnline Store > Themes.
  2. ClickCustomize next to your live theme.
  3. Open theApp Embeds section.
  4. Make sureonly theMagical Preorder embed block is enabled.
  5. Disable the block forFortescue Preorder Pro if it's still active.
  6. ClickSave.

This will ensure the correct preorder button appears on your storefront.
