Why Aren’t My Preorder, Notify Me, or Back In Stock Settings Showing on My Product Pages with Preorder Pro + Back in Stock?

If you're using the Preorder Pro + Back in Stock app and changes aren't showing on your storefront, it's likely the app embed hasn’t been enabled.

Here’s how to check:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go toOnline Store > Themes.
  2. ClickCustomize next to your live theme.
  3. In the theme editor, clickApp Embeds on the far left.
  4. Make sure theFortescue Preorder App toggle is turnedon.
  5. ClickSave, then refresh your storefront and check the product page again.

The app embed must be turned on for any of the features to appear.
