I created a field group with Magical Fields. Why don't I see it on my store?

If you’ve created a field group but don’t see it on your store, here are a couple of things to check:

  1. Is the field group assigned to any products? Fields won’t appear unless they’re linked to at least one product or collection. In the app, open your field group and make sure you’ve selected where it should show up.
  2. Is the app embed enabled in your theme? For the fields to appear, the app needs to be active in your theme settings. Go to your Shopify admin, click Online Store > Themes > Customize, then openApp embeds and make sure Magical Custom Fields is turned on.

At this time, it is not possible to remove the ‘Magical Form Fields’ tag from orders. The tag is automatically applied to help you identify orders with custom field data.

Can customers upload multiple files using the File Upload option with Magical Fields?

At this time, you cannot upload multiple files to a single File Upload field. If you want customers to upload more than one file, you’ll need to add multiple File Upload fields to your form.
