How to Update the Email Template to Notify Customers When an Item Is Back in Stock with Preorder Pro + Back in Stock

This feature is only available with Preorder Pro + Back in Stock, the previous version of the Magical Preorder app. ​

When a product comes back in stock, you can customize the email customers receive. ​

Here’s how:

  1. In the app, clickSettings from the left-hand menu.
  2. ClickNotify Me in the dropdown.
  3. Scroll to theEmail Design section.
  4. Update theemail title,logo,business name, andemail body text.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and clickSave on the right-hand side.

Customers who signed up will automatically receive this email when the item is available again.
