The steps depend on which version of the app you're using.
If You're Using Magical Preorder (the new version):
You can customize the emails sent during each stage of the preorder process.
- In the app, clickNotifications.
- Choose one of the three email templates to edit:
-Preorder placed – Sent when a customer completes a preorder -Preorder active – Sent when a product becomes available for preorder -Signup – Sent when a customer signs up for preorder alerts
- Edit theEmail subject andEmail body fields.
- UseDynamic Content to insert details like Rule Title, Shop Name, or Variant.
- ClickSave when you're done.
If You're UsingPreorder Pro + Back in Stock (the legacy version):
You can customize the email sent when a customer places a preorder.
- In the app, clickEmails from the left-hand menu.
- ClickPreorders in the dropdown.
- Edit thetitle,greeting, andemail body.
- Scroll down and clickSave in the bottom-right corner.
