How to Customize Notifications with Magical Preorder

The steps depend on which version of the app you're using.


If You're Using Magical Preorder (the new version):

You can customize the emails sent during each stage of the preorder process.

  1. In the app, clickNotifications.
  2. Choose one of the three email templates to edit:

-Preorder placed – Sent when a customer completes a preorder -Preorder active – Sent when a product becomes available for preorder -Signup – Sent when a customer signs up for preorder alerts

  1. Edit theEmail subject andEmail body fields.
  2. UseDynamic Content to insert details like Rule Title, Shop Name, or Variant.
  3. ClickSave when you're done.

If You're UsingPreorder Pro + Back in Stock (the legacy version):

You can customize the email sent when a customer places a preorder.

  1. In the app, clickEmails from the left-hand menu.
  2. ClickPreorders in the dropdown.
  3. Edit thetitle,greeting, andemail body.
  4. Scroll down and clickSave in the bottom-right corner.
