Yes, you can display a title for your Order Form Fields by adding a group name and enabling it in your theme settings. ​

To do this:

1. Navigate to Fields in the app.
2. ClickEdit orCreate new field group.
3. Enter a title underGroup Name.
4. ClickSave.

Then, in Shopify:

1. Go toOnline Store and clickCustomize on your published theme.
2. On the left side, open upApp embeds.
