If you're using Preorder Pro + Back in Stock, badges are triggered by the settings on the main product, not just individual variants.
If “Pre-Order” is enabled on the product but “Coming Soon” is not, the product will display a Pre-Order badge, even if one of the variants is marked as “Coming Soon.”
To show the correct badge, make sure you’ve enabled Coming Soon at the product level, not just the variant. When both are enabled, the badge may toggle based on which variant the customer selects.
