Can Order Field Answers Be Included with Shopify Order Export Spreadsheets with Magical Fields?

Order field answers do not appear in Shopify’s built-in order export spreadsheets, but you can view them in your Shopify admin. ​

To see field answers for an order:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
  2. Click the order number you want to review.
  3. The answers will show below the product title for each item in the order.

If you need a spreadsheet export with these answers, use the export feature in the Magical Order Form Fields app:

  1. Navigate to Exports
  2. Click** Request Export**
  3. Wait** **until the process is Complete
  4. Click** Download CSV**

At this time, it is not possible to remove the ‘Magical Form Fields’ tag from orders. The tag is automatically applied to help you identify orders with custom field data.

At this time, you cannot upload multiple files to a single File Upload field. If you want customers to upload more than one file, you’ll need to add multiple File Upload fields to your form.
