How to Set Up SMS Notifications for Offer Requests with Make an Offer

SMS notifications are not supported in the latest version of Make an Offer. ​

Legacy Version (V1)

If you are using the legacy version, you can receive SMS notifications for submitted offers. This feature is available only for American and Canadian phone numbers. You’ll be able to get notified and even accept, decline, or counter offers from your mobile device.

To set up SMS notifications:

  1. In the Make an Offer admin section, clickSetup.
  2. Select theIncentive Configuration tab.
  3. Scroll down toStep 5 – SMS notification and add your phone number.
  4. Ensure theSMS Notification switch is toggled on.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and clickSave.
