Why Aren’t My New Products Showing Up in the App with Preorder Pro + Back in Stock?

If you're using Preorder Pro + Back in Stock and new products aren’t appearing in the app right away, you may need to manually resync them.

To do this:

  1. Log into the app through your Shopify store.
  2. In your browser’s address bar, add /apps/import-products to the end of your store URL.
    • Example: https://yourdomain.com/apps/import-products
  3. Press Enter and the app will resync your products.

After that, your new products should show up in the app dashboard.
