Introducing Magical Make an Offer: Everything you need to know about the latest update
On September 27, 2023 a new version of the Magical Make an Offer app launched.
Although a new version of the app has launched, existing users can continue using Make an Offer v1, the older version of the app. No action is required on their part.

When did the new version of the app launch?
Magical Make an Offer launched a new version of the app on September 27, 2023. If you installed the app before this date, your store is likely using the old version of the app, Make an Offer v1.
Why was a new version of the app created?
The Magical Make an Offer app was updated to introduce new features that improve its functionality and user experience. It is now an embedded app accessible from directly in the Shopify admin, allowing for a more native-like experience.
The new version makes it possible for us to continually and more easily improve the app both now and over time. This ensures that users can continue to benefit from the most advanced tools for managing offers on their Shopify stores.
I am using the old version of the app. Can I upgrade?
Yes, If you’re on the older version and would rather be on the latest version of the app, you can upgrade to the newest version for free. Please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help you switch.

Why is the pricing of the new version different when I’m still paying more on the old version?
Certain features from the older version of the app are no longer available in the new version, which has led to an adjustment in pricing.
While maintaining these features incurs additional costs, we chose to retain these features in the old version of the app due to strong demand from our customers, ensuring that our users continue to have access to these tools.
What are the differences between Magical Make an Offer and Make an Offer v1, the previous version of the app?
There are a few features in the old app that aren't in the new one, like combined offers at checkout, and SMS notifications.
The new app uses the latest Shopify theme extensions for the buttons and offer form and offers a range of brand new features such as offers on orders/cart, final offers, suggested amounts, custom fields and more. The front-end output has also been redesigned alongside a brand-new experience on the back-end as an embedded app in the Shopify admin.
