The steps to decline an offer depend on which version of Make an Offer you are using. Please follow the instructions for your version below.
Latest Version (V2+):
- Click the Offers link in the app navigation menu to go to the offers page.
- Click an offer in the list to open it.
- Click the Decline button.
- Edit the email subject or message if you want to personalize your response.
- Click Send to decline the offer and notify the customer.

Legacy Version (V1):
- In the Make an Offer admin section, click Offers.
- Find the offer you want to decline.
- Click the Decline button. This will send an email to the customer letting them know their offer was declined. You can add a message to the email before sending it.
