The steps depend on which version of the app you're using.
If You're Using Magical Preorder (the new version):
You can customize the emails sent during each stage of the preorder process.
- In the app, click Notifications.
- Choose one of the three email templates to edit:
- Preorder placed – Sent when a customer completes a preorder
- Preorder active – Sent when a product becomes available for preorder
- Signup – Sent when a customer signs up for preorder alerts
- Edit the Email subject and Email body fields.
- Use Dynamic Content to insert details like Rule Title, Shop Name, or Variant.
- Click Save when you're done.
If You're Using Preorder Pro + Back in Stock (the legacy version):
You can customize the email sent when a customer places a preorder.
- In the app, click Emails from the left-hand menu.
- Click Preorders in the dropdown.
- Edit the title, greeting, and email body.
- Scroll down and click Save in the bottom-right corner.
