You can add custom fields to your offer forms to collect more information from customers, such as a phone number.
- Click the Rules link in the app navigation menu to go to the Offers page.
- Click the rule you want to edit. If you don’t have an rule set up click Create rule.
- Scroll down to the Fields section.
- Click Add field.
- Select the type of field you want to add.
- Set up the field’s settings.
- Click Add.
- Repeat these steps for each field you want to include.
- Click Save to publish the rule with your new fields.
