Make an Offer lets customers negotiate prices, so you can capture sales that might be lost to price sensitivity. Customers who hesitate at full price may be more likely to buy if they have the chance to submit an offer.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
