Fields created with Magical Order Form Fields are only supported on the Shopify Online Store. Customers need to use the regular “Add to Cart” button to enter their information. If you have dynamic buy buttons (like Shop Pay) on your product pages, these need to be disabled for the fields to work. Shop Pay and other accelerated checkout buttons can still be used at checkout, but not on the product page itself.
