No, Magical Make an Offer does not let you create different automations or pricing rules based on the quantity a customer selects. Each offer automation applies to the product regardless of how many are in the cart.
If you want to offer bulk discounts or quantity-based pricing, consider using Shopify’s built-in discount features or a dedicated bulk pricing app.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
