At this time, offer notifications are always sent to your Shopify store email address. It’s not possible to change this to an alternate email through the app settings. If you want notifications to reach a different address, you can set up a forwarding rule in your email provider to automatically send copies of these notifications to the right team member.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
