Magical Make an Offer does not include a feature for sending PDF files or other digital downloads after purchase. If you want to deliver files like PDFs to customers automatically, you’ll need to use a separate digital downloads app from the Shopify App Store. These apps are designed to handle file delivery for digital products.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
