It’s not currently possible to add more columns to the sitemap. The only layout-related setting available is the “Stacked” or “Columns” option on the Settings page.
If you choose the “Columns” layout, your sitemap will automatically be divided into columns based on the sitemap content and the device/browser width. There isn’t a way to adjust this to add more columns at this time.
