How to Let Customers Know You Are Back After Vacation with Magical Vacations

To notify your customers when you are back from vacation, you can email everyone who was tagged during your store’s vacation period. Here’s how to do it:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Customers.
  2. In the customer editor, click theFilter link.
  3. SelectCustomer tags.
  4. ChooseContains this exact tag.
  5. Entervacation-mode as the tag.
  6. ClickRun query or**▹ Run**.
  7. Click**Save **and then enter "Vacation mode" as the name for the segment.
  8. ClickSave.

Now, to email this segment:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go toSettings > Apps and sales channels.
  2. ClickEmail.
  3. ClickOpen app.
  4. ClickCreate campaign.
  5. Select an email template.
  6. ClickTo, then select the "Vacation mode" customer segment.
  7. Enter a subject line for your email.
  8. After setting up the email details, customize the body of your message to let your customers know you’re back.
  9. From the email editor, clickReview.
  10. ClickSchedule send, and then proceed to send now or schedule a send time.

This process lets you easily reach out to all customers who visited during vacation mode and invite them to return.
