How to Display the Make an Offer Button with Pre Order or Out-of-Stock Products

If you’re using the Legacy Version (V1) of Make an Offer, you can show the Make an Offer button even when a third-party pre order button is present or the product is out of stock.

Here’s how:

  1. In the Make an Offer admin section, click on Setup.
  2. Choose theIncentive Configuration tab.
  3. Make sure thePre Order/Out of Stock (Mobile and Desktop) toggle is turnedoff.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and clickSave.

This setting is only available in the Legacy Version (V1). If you need more help, please contact our support team.
