How to Activate the Make an Offer Exit Intent Pop-Up

You can use the exit intent pop-up to prompt customers with an offer when they are about to leave your site. Here’s how to set it up, depending on which version of Make an Offer you use. ​

Latest Version (V2+)

1. Go to theSettings page in the app admin.
2. You will see two options:
   • Show the offer modal when a user is about to leave the page.
   • Show the offer modal automatically after 5 seconds.
3. Check one or both options, depending on when you want the pop-up to display.

Legacy Version (V1)

To enable exit intent on the product page:

1. In the Make an Offer admin section, click Setup.
2. Select theIncentive Configuration tab.
3. Under “Step 1 – Product page options,” look for the Exit Offer (Desktop Only) and Timed Offer (Mobile Only) options.
4. Turn on the options you want.
5. Scroll down and clickSave.

To enable exit intent on the cart page:

1. In the Make an Offer admin section, click Setup.
2. Select theIncentive Configuration tab.
3. Under “Step 2 – Cart page options,” look for the Exit Offer (Desktop Only) and Timed Offer (Mobile Only) options.
4. Turn on the options you want.
5. Scroll down and clickSave.
