Autopilot is available on the Pro plan. It lets SEO Doctor automatically fix current and future SEO issues for you.
To get started: Once you have upgraded to a Pro plan, from the Dashboard, go to theAutopilot tab and select the area you want to automate (Meta Title, Meta Description, Image Alt Text, Image Compression, or Broken Links).
For each section, here’s how to enable Autopilot: Meta Titles
- Click theMeta Title Optimization block to expand it.
- Click the toggle to enable Autopilot.
- Choose your Conditions (for example, all pages or only pages without a meta title).
- Set your Rules: choose “Let SEO Doctor Decide” or set up your own title template.
- If using a template, add your template variables under the Product and Collection tabs.
- ClickSave at the top of the page.
Meta Descriptions
- Click theMeta Description Optimization block.
- Enable Autopilot using the toggle.
- Choose your Conditions (all pages or only pages without a meta description).
- Set your Rules: let SEO Doctor decide or use your own template.
- Add template variables if using a template.
- ClickSave.
Image Alt Text
- Expand theImage Alt Text block.
- Enable Autopilot with the toggle.
- Choose Conditions (optimize only images without alt text, or all images).
- Set your Rules: let SEO Doctor optimize, or use your own template.
- Add template variables for Product Images if using a template.
- ClickSave.
Image Compression
- Expand theImage Compression block.
- Enable Autopilot.
- Choose Conditions (all product images or only images above 100Kb).
- Rules are set to “Let SEO Doctor Compress.”
- ClickSave.
Broken Links
- Expand theBroken Links block.
- Enable Autopilot.
- Set Rules: let SEO Doctor decide or set your own redirect paths for product, collection, blog, and other pages.
- Check the boxes for the categories you want SEO Doctor to handle.
- Enter the domain slug for each enabled category.
- ClickSave.
Autopilot will now automatically fix issues for you based on the preferences you set.
