How can I confirm that customers are receiving emails with Make an Offer?

If you’re using the Legacy Version (V1) of Make an Offer, you can receive copies of the emails sent to your customers. This lets you confirm that emails are being generated and delivered. ​

To enable this feature:

  1. Go to the Make an Offer admin section.
  2. Click on Setup.
  3. Select theEmail Copies tab.
  4. Toggle the switches to turn on email copies for the messages you want to monitor.

This option is only available in the Legacy Version (V1). If you’re using the Latest Version (V2+), this feature is not currently supported. ​
