At this time, there isn’t a way to hide the Magical Make an Offer button from specific customers, including those who log in through a wholesale app. The offer feature will appear for everyone who visits your store’s product pages.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
