You can add the “Make an Offer” button to your product pages with rules that have the offer type Product, and to your cart for rules with the offer type Order. This way, you keep the option to negotiate limited to the products you choose. Right now, the app does not support adding the button to other types of pages, like your homepage or collection pages.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
