The Make an Offer app shows all amounts in your store’s default currency in the app admin. This is set in Settings → General in your Shopify admin.
When a customer makes an offer, the invoice will use the primary market currency, as defined in Settings → Markets. If you have local currencies enabled, customers can submit offers in their local currency. Currency conversions happen automatically.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
