You won’t see customer notes directly in the offer request dashboard. To read any notes a customer has left, simply click on the specific offer. This will open the offer details page, where you’ll find any notes or messages the customer included with their request.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
