For both the Latest Version (V2+) and theLegacy Version (V1) of Make an Offer, it’s not possible for customers to combine products they have made an offer on with regular, full-price items in the same cart.
When an offer is accepted, the app creates a special checkout link for those products or orders. Customers need to use that link to complete their purchase. They can’t add other regular products to the cart and check out together.

If the customer has not checked out yet, you can cancel the accepted offer by deleting the draft order that was created. Go to Magical Make an Offer in your Shopify admin.
